About Institute

Pharmacy: Ratnamani College of Pharmacy was established in 2007 at Becharaji by Shree Mahavir Education Trust, considered as a pioneering pharmacy institution in North Gujarat imparting undergraduate and post graduate courses in Pharmaceutical Sciences. The institute is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University (GTU), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)& All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The Institute has ISO9001:2008 Certificate of Approval from Benchmark Certification Pvt. Ltd.It was set up primarily to meet the needs of the students of the border areas of Gujarat to train them in Pharmacy profession.

Social upliftment of community in general and rural community in particular through the spread of educational activities. Seek, Search and offer Programmes that lead to symbiotic emergence as ‘academic excellence’ with Industrial relevance in Pharmaceutical education and research and focus the image of Pharmacist as competent health care professional in the community.

To provide value-based education to the students, to mould out of them citizens who would bring pride to the country. This will make Indian professionals, globally present and emerge as global leaders. To stress on mental, physical, moral and spiritual development of the students and thereby help students in realizing their full potential and career goals. To promote increased use of sciences and technology in day to day life through R & D and innovative activities.

Mission

To provide Global level infrastructure at a local level, towards the upliftment of (Rural) society through professional education at nominal cost. It shall be the constant endeavor of The Mahavir Educational Trust and Ratnamani Colege of Pharmacy to meet the Educational needs of the youth in the area of professional studies and provide state-of-the-heart learning Opportuunities along with incucation of values of professional commitment and uprightness. A pharmacy community fostering creativity, individuality and leadership while striving for excellence in teaching and learning.

Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC)

The college is having its own Grievance Redressal system in an informal manner i.e. through direct supervision of the Principal for solving grievance of students, faculty and staff members.

    Objectives and Scope

  • Grievance Redressal Cell is framed in order to keep healthy working atmosphere amongst staff, students, alumni and parents.
  • This cell helps students to record their complaints and solve their problems related to academic matters, health services, library and other central services.
  • The main goal of this cell is to facilitate healthy environment at work place and also provide quality education and healthy work place.
  • Ragging Complaints will be handled by anti-ragging committee & anti-ragging squad of Ratnamani College of Pharmacy as per ragging rules available on University Website.
  • Women Harassment complaints will be addressed by institution based women cell. Women development activities will be done under women development cell.
